Meet Your Instructor Samantha
With a foundation built on years of childhood dance training at various academies, I have always understood the importance of movement. However, it was my transition into high-endurance adult hobbies like rollerblading, paddleboarding, and pacing another runner through various sections in 200-mile ultramarathons that revealed the need for a deeper physical foundation. Six years ago, I turned to Pilates to strengthen my body for these demands, and it quickly became the "glue" that held my athletic pursuits together.

Expertise & Education
I am a Certified Mat Pilates Instructor through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA), with specialized advanced studies in Proprioception and Weight Loss. My approach goes beyond simple repetitions, as I focus on the science of body awareness and spatial orientation. By integrating my knowledge of proprioception, I help clients build a more intuitive connection between their mind and muscles, ensuring every movement is efficient, safe, and powerful.

My Philosophy
For me, Pilates is more than just physical conditioning, it was my sanctuary during periods of burnout and personal challenge. This transformative mental impact inspired me to become an instructor. I am passionate about sharing my method of using Pilates not just as a workout, but as a tool for resilience.
